SPaG Quest ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of PRAS Consulting Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16446688, registered office 30 Ross Road, Wallington, SM6 8QR, United Kingdom. We provide an online KS2 SPaG practice platform for UK Year 4 and Year 5 pupils.

Creating an account or using the service means you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Accounts are for a parent or guardian of the pupil.

You must not: (a) use the service unlawfully, (b) attempt unauthorised access or probe/scan our systems, (c) upload malware, (d) scrape or mass-download content, or (e) infringe intellectual property or others' rights.

We retain all rights in the service, its software, question templates, branding and content templates. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your subscription.

We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

It is in public beta: features are experimental, may change or be removed without notice, and carry no service-level commitment.

Orders are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe handles payment processing, tax and billing-related enquiries; we handle product support.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel or update payment details any time from your dashboard. See also our Refund Policy.

Questions, answer options and explanations are generated by third-party AI language models. Despite our validation and filtering, output may contain factual errors, grammatical inaccuracies, ambiguities, bias, culturally insensitive wording, or answers a qualified teacher would mark differently.

The service is a study aid for practice only — not a substitute for a teacher, tutor, curriculum or professional educational advice, and not endorsed by or affiliated with the Standards & Testing Agency, any exam board, grammar school, independent school or 11+ consortium. We give no guarantee of any outcome, including improved scores, KS2 SATs results, 11+ or entrance-exam success, school admission, or any level of academic progress.

A parent, guardian or teacher must supervise use and review AI-generated content before the child relies on it. Report anything incorrect, misleading or inappropriate and we will review and, where appropriate, correct or remove it.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious/repeated policy violations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
